EDUCATION. My education started at Franklin University where I received a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences with a Major in Accounting and Minor in Business Management. I then followed up with a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University in the fields of Finance and Business Management.I continued my education by receiving a Certification from The Ohio State University in Healthcare Financial Management. My last endeavor was getting a Certification in Hospitality Management in the areas of  audit, front office, sales and marketing, housekeeping,banquets,maintenance,property operations and food and beverage.

BACKGROUND. For over 30 years I have been doing accounting and tax services for companies and individuals from my first accounting job as a Chief Bookkeeper to  Vice President  of Finance. My accounting and tax services experiences have been numerous with expertise in accounting and tax preparation plus liability issues. Thanks to the mentors that I had that made me so diversified and knowledgeable. Without them I could not offer the services I will be giving to you. Do to the changing world of accounting and taxes I cannot offer all services through the internet, but that doesn't mean that I do not do those services. Ones not listed I will give you a price.. Some of my accomplishments over the years are strategic  short and long range planning, compliance of gaap and gaas regulations, many financial computer conversions, closing financial statements within 10-day time-frame for up to seven corp., reducing accounts receivables up to 32 days, capturing 100% of accounts payable discounts, proficient in many software packages, successfully year end audits by preparation of audit work papers, budget accuracy, 3rd party contracts written, increased cash flows, just in time purchasing, and timely construction of new buildings by meeting with architects and much more.
